today started out sucky, and then...

This morning I REALLY did not want to get out of bed. It was cold, I was exhausted, and pissed that no one else had to work today. Then two fantastical things happened. The second thing was really super exciting and involved this:I got an award! I seriously squealed. Totally made my day! I got it from the lovely Little Miss Obsessive whose blog I LOVE to read! She always has great and creative posts. So here are the rules:

1. Post the award on your blog.
2. Pass the award on to five more other bloggers.

I am pretty new to blogging, but have been reading them for awhile now! So here are my picks:

Gigi Knows Best!- Of course I love Gigi, but I love her blog because it is so true to life, and it makes me miss the fantastic hilarious and horrible things that happen when you are single.

La Dolce Vita- I *love* that she is never afraid to "go there", and I am really looking forward to reading about her adventures in pregnancy!

Shirt or Dress- This is such a creative concept, and it makes me laugh all the time. And wonder about some of my wardrobe choices!

Walking Through the Rain- Her blog is one of my absolute favorites, she has a great outlook on things and I relate to her a lot.

LBluca77- I don't even think I have ever commented on her blog, but I love to read it. She has a great sense of humor, and is really honest and open which I enjoy.

I know, it sounds batshit crazy. I haven't talked about it before much because there is nothing I could say that would make it sound less crazy, or that wouldn't be a sickening cliche. But there you have it. My news for the day.
